My name is Susanne, and to make sure you have a smooth arrival, we’ve put together a list of everything you need to know in advance. Parking spaces and dog rooms are limited, so please book in advance. We’ll sort out everything else at reception – ideally over a snack at 5.00 pm.

Parking at our premises
A parking space is available in our underground car park for €18 per night; outdoor parking directly at the hotel costs €13 per night. We have three outdoor charging points for electric vehicles; there is a charge for using these.
Please note, however, that places are limited. Please let us know before your arrival which space you require, and we will reserve it for you.
Food and drink
The breakfast buffet is served daily from 7 am to 11 am in our hotel kitchen. A Tyrolean afternoon snack is available in the same area from 5 pm to 7 pm. Our bar is open round the clock and operates on a self-service basis.
We do not offer an à la carte restaurant or half-board. Kitzbühel’s cuisine is too good to stay in the hotel in the evenings. From traditional inns to gourmet cuisine, you’ll find everything here. We’ve put together a curated selection for you on site. Please book well in advance, especially during the high season, or ask us at reception. We’ll be happy to make a booking for you.
Four-legged friends welcome
Dogs are welcome here. We have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms, so please book in advance. We charge €15 per dog per night.
A small request on a personal matter
We clean your room every other day. If you need fresh towels or anything else in the meantime, just let us know and we’ll pop round.
Please bring your own bathroom slippers from home for the spa area.
