Yoga retreat in the mountains

Sometimes, all it takes for a little break from everyday life is a yoga mat, fresh Tyrolean mountain air and a temporary home where you can quickly feel at ease. At the yoga retreat with Svenja Kunde at HENRI Kitzbühel, relaxing yoga sessions combine with panoramic mountain views, the Kitzbühel way of life and plenty of time for yourself.

On the mat, it’s all about taking a deep breath, moving and clearing your head. And afterwards? Head outside, take a stroll through Kitzbühel, relax in the small spa area or simply make yourself comfortable at HENRI. True to the motto: You can do anything. You don’t have to do anything.

What is yoga?

Yoga originated in India and combines physical exercises with breathing techniques, meditation and spiritual teachings. Practising various postures, known as asanas, improves strength, balance and flexibility. However, yoga is more than just physical exercise; it is a holistic philosophy of life that aims to foster greater mindfulness, conscious presence in the here and now, and improved harmony between body and mind.
