Conditions of participation for the competition as part of our competition question

The competition is organised by HENRI Hotel GmbH, Lange Str. 1A, 18055 Rostock and HENRI Hotel AT GmbH, Lindengasse 12, 1070, Vienna, Austria. Participation in the respective competition is exclusively subject to the conditions listed here:

From 19 October 2025 to 2 November 2025, there will be a two-week competition in which entries can be made by answering a quiz question.

Participation in the competition is free of charge. Repeated participation in the competition is possible, but does not increase the chance of winning. By entering the competition, the participant declares that they accept the conditions of participation.

The competition runs from 19 October 2025 at 0:00 to 02 November 2025 at 23:59:59.

Who can take part?

All natural persons resident in Germany, Austria and Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.

Employees of HENRI Hotel GmbH and HENRI Hotel AT GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation, HENRI Hotel GmbH and HENRI Hotel AT GmbH reserve the right to exclude the persons concerned from the competition.

What prizes can be won?

Three nights for two people in a double room including breakfast, snack and use of the wellness area in our HENRI Hotel Kitzbühel.

Travel to and from the hotel is not included.

The winners will be drawn from all entries from 10 November 2025.

How can I win?

Participants can answer a quiz question and sign up for the HENRI newsletter. By providing the correct answer and submitting the required data, users are automatically entered into the competition. The competition for the prize starts at 00:00 and ends 14 days later at 23:59:59. The winner will be drawn at the end of the competition.

Late entries will not be considered.

How do I find out about my prize?

The winner will be informed by e-mail immediately after the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted at the e-mail address they have provided within 7 days or fails to confirm their address details within this period, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will not be paid out in cash and are non-transferable.

Data protection

By participating, the participant agrees that HENRI may store the necessary personal data for the duration of the competition and its processing. Participants may withdraw their participation in the competition at any time. Any further disclosure of personal data to third parties shall only take place with the express consent of the participant.

In order for the competition to be processed, it is necessary for the participant to provide their own e-mail address. Participation in the competition implies express consent for the name and place of residence of the winner to be published in abbreviated form on this website in the event of a win.

By participating in this competition, you consent to receiving a regular newsletter and the associated newsletter tracking. This consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future (e.g. via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter). Further information in accordance with Art. 13 and 14 GDPR can be found in our privacy policy.

Other legal information

The liability of HENRI and its vicarious agents is limited to intent and gross negligence. This shall not apply in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations and in the event of injury to life and limb. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the obligation to pay compensation shall be limited to the damage typically to be expected. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the participant regularly relies and may rely.

Legal recourse is excluded. In the event that the prize is not available, HENRI reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equal or greater value at its own discretion.

Premature cancellation and changes

HENRI Hotel GmbH and HENRI Hotel AT GmbH reserve the right to prematurely terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible to guarantee the proper execution of the competition for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons.

Should an individual provision of this agreement be void or ineffective, the remainder of the agreement shall remain effective and the void or ineffective provision shall be replaced either by the statutory provision or (in the absence of such a provision) by a provision that the parties would have made in good faith.

The place of jurisdiction is Rostock. The competitions are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Recourse to the courts is excluded.
