How long is the voucher valid for?

HENRI vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

What amount can I choose?

There are fixed vouchers of €50, €100, €200 and €500 – or a flexible voucher with a customised value of between €25 and €5,000.

At which locations can I redeem the voucher?

At all HENRI hotels in Germany and Austria – subject to availability.

How do I redeem the voucher?

Simply specify when booking: by email to reservation@henri-hotels.com or by telephone on +49 40 300322-546. Please present the voucher at reception on arrival.

Can I redeem part of the voucher?

Yes, services can be redeemed up to the value of the voucher. Amounts exceeding this will be paid directly at the hotel.

Can the voucher be paid out in cash?

No, cash payment is not possible.

What does the voucher say?
